You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date from your account dashboard or by contacting us — there is no cancellation fee. The first week of any new membership is free; if you cancel within that period you will not be charged. Refunds for amounts already charged are reviewed case by case and, if approved, returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
